Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on SurveyTokens (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Survey Tokens.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You may only register one account. Multi-accounting is grounds for closure and forfeiture of pending balances.
• You may not use the Service from a jurisdiction in which it is unlawful to do so.

3. How earnings work

When you complete a survey or offer through one of our partner panels we receive a per-completion payout from the partner. We share a portion of that payout with you in USD-denominated balance. Specific payouts vary by country, demographic and survey length.

Survey panels can reverse a completion ("chargeback") if they later detect invalid responses. In that case we deduct the corresponding amount from your balance. If your balance is insufficient, the deficit is recorded and offset against future earnings; persistent deficit may result in account suspension.

4. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: $0.50 USD equivalent.
• One withdrawal per hour and a configurable daily limit per account.
• Network fees above $0.02 (currently USDT-BSC, USDT-TRC20) are deducted from the withdrawal amount and clearly displayed before you confirm.
• You are solely responsible for the wallet address you provide. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. We cannot recover funds sent to wrong, unsupported or malformed addresses.
• You must have verified your e-mail address before performing a withdrawal.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, VPNs or proxies to manipulate completions.
• Provide false demographic data or otherwise game survey targeting.
• Operate multiple accounts.
• Sell, lend or transfer your account to a third party.
• Engage in money laundering, terrorism financing or any illegal activity.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of any pending balance and reporting to the relevant authorities or partner panels.

6. Referral program

You may invite others using your unique referral link. You earn 10% of their qualifying survey earnings as a bonus from our margin — your friend's earnings are not reduced. Self-referrals, fake accounts and incentivised sign-ups are prohibited.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or continuous earning opportunities.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have earned through the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost crypto due to user error, or third-party panel failures.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may close accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for extended periods. Pending balances under the minimum withdrawal threshold at closure may be forfeited.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by e-mail. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
